Madison Lake State Park lies within the Darby Plains. The 76-acre park is a peaceful area with a 106-acre lake for boating, sailing, canoeing, swimming and fishing. Hiking and bird hunting are also popular activities. The park offers a one mile nature trail that takes visitors through woodlands and along the lake.
